Heanor & Loscoe Town Council have rooms available to hire within Heanor Town Hall. The details of the rooms are as follows;

Ian Cox Room
 
The Ian Cox Room is located on the first floor of the Town Hall and is ideal for large meetings, events and social groups.
 
The room was dedicated to the memory of Councillor Ian Cox Leader of Amber Valley Borough Council and former member of Heanor and Loscoe Town Council for his services to the Borough and the Town.
 
Facilities include;

  • Kitchen
  • Seating for up to 60
  • Room capacity for 120
  • Tables and chairs are available, so the room can be set up as required
  • Free wi-fi
  • Lift available
  • Car parking is located nearby (Heanor Whysall Street – behind Boyes Store), Heanor Ilkeston Road, Heanor Leisure Centre, Heanor Wilmot Street)
  • Flooring – maple wood flooring

The Buxton Room
 
The Buxton Room is located on the second floor of the Town Hall and is ideal for small meetings.
 
Facilities include;

  • Seating for up to 10
  • Urn available upon request
  • Room capacity 15
  • Free wi-fi
  • Lift available
  • Car parking is located nearby (Heanor Whysall Street – behind Boyes Store), Heanor  Ilkeston Road, Heanor Leisure Centre, Heanor Wilmot Street)
Town Hall

Council Chamber
 
The Council Chamber is located on the second floor of the Town Hall and is an ideal venue for meetings. It is also an ideal venue for Yoga classes, as it is a very relaxing space which is carpeted.
 
Facilities include;

  • Seating for up to 40 (21 when seated at tables)
  • Room capacity 40
  • Free wi-fi
  • Lift available
  • Car parking is located nearby (Heanor Whysall Street – behind Boyes Store), Heanor  Ilkeston Road, Heanor Leisure Centre, Heanor Wilmot Street)

If you wish to hire the rooms in the Town Hall, please complete and return the Room Hire Booking form to admin@heanorloscoetowncouncil.gov.uk or Heanor & Loscoe Town Council, Town Hall, Market Place, Heanor, Derbyshire, DE75 7AA.

Hirers are responsible for setting up and taking down rooms. There will be sufficient tables and chairs available within the room.
