Heart Defibrillators

The Town Council were pleased to receive from Heanor Floral Group, a defibrillator for public use, which is now sited on the exterior wall of The Old Fire Station, Heanor Market Place. Town Mayor Councillor Sheila Oakes said,' It is very public spirited for one of the users of our facilities to make this generous donation. The Town Council has been looking at providing such a facility in all of its buildings and this will spur us on to do this.'

Since the installation of the first defibrillator, Heanor and Loscoe Town Council have since funded and installed additional heart defibrillators at the following locations;

The Old Fire Station – Wilmot Street, Heanor, Derbyshire, DE75 7EF
Heanor Baptist Church – 117 Derby Road, Heanor, Derbyshire, DE75 7QL
St Luke’s Church Loscoe – High Street, Loscoe, Derbyshire, DE75 7LE
