Town Mayors Engagements 2025-26
The Mayor of Heanor & Loscoe Town Council Councillor Alan Abernethy, together with Councillor A Stevenson and Councillor T Crowley enjoyed a fantastic evening with the Heanor detachment of the Derbyshire Army Cadets.
The Derbyshire Army Cadets are currently based at Ripley.

The Mayor Councillor Alan Abernethy and his Consort Dawn visited the Cygnet Elowen Hospital in Shipley today, where he was honoured to take part in the ribbon cutting ceremony. He was also able to take part in a tour of the building.
