The Town Council provides summer planting in Heanor, Loscoe and Marlpool. 
If you are interested in sponsoring a basket then please contact the Town Council office. 
 
For the year 2026, the cost per hanging basket is £95, which covers the cost/installation of the planted hanging basket, the required lamp column testing, feeding/watering the baskets and the sponsorship plaque.
