By sending this booking form you agree to abide by the "Conditions of Hire and to appoint a Temporary Person during your hire in order to abide by the Fire Instructions"
and acknowledge that you have read those.
Please include setting up and clearing away times in your total booking time.
We must allow a minimum of 30 minutes between bookings.
Note that we can only accept booking requests that include the hirer's full address and phone number.
