Your support, enthusiasm, and festive spirit made the event truly special, and we hope you all had an amazing time despite the weather.

🎄 Town Council Christmas Lights Switch-On – Saturday 22 November 2025 🎄
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s Christmas Lights Switch-On! Despite a damp and chilly evening, the community spirit shone brighter than ever as residents came together to welcome the festive season.
The countdown to the big switch-on was filled with excitement, and the moment the lights sparkled to life brought festive cheer to the whole town. Visitors enjoyed entertainment, seasonal music, and the wonderful atmosphere created by families, friends, and neighbours coming together to celebrate.
A special thank you goes to our event volunteers and supporters who helped make the evening run smoothly.
